• All reports will be given as per the agreed TAT and as per the required of the respective embassy
• Our Labs are equipped to offer your additional high end test requirements
General Information
All test will be conducted as per the prescribed guidelines of the respective countries Immigration authorities. If required, additional tests are to be done as per their protocol.
- Fasting is not required. You can have your regular food and you can report to health checkup
- Please carry original passport with 2 photocopies and a photocopy of all your past and present medical records, medicines, prescriptions, vaccination (if any) records
- Wears glasses/lenses if used for eyesight.
- Wear loose clothes and avoid jewelleries and valuable items
- Please don’t bring any attendants. Only in case of minors and vulnerable applicants’ attendants are allowed.
- We won’t entertain direct walk ins. Please book your slots and adhere to timelines
- All procedures may take 3 to 5 Hours’ time. Please plan accordingly.
- Pregnant women’s are advised to take their Gynaecologist opinion before coming for the health checkup.
The details of the documents to be brought for Immigrant’s Visa Health Checkups for the various countries are given below.
Australia
• Original Passport
• 2 Photocopies of 1st and last page of the passport
• HAP ID No. (Mandatory for all type of visa)
• 2 Photocopies Covid Vaccination final certificates
• Record of Medical History if you have any (Mandatory in case of any surgery or previous TB ailments)
• Menstrual Cycle must be completed at the time of appointment
Canada
• Original Passport
• 2 Photocopies of 1st and last page of the passport.
• 2 Photocopies Covid Vaccination final certificates
• Record of Medical History if you have any (Mandatory in case of any surgery or previous TB ailments)
• Upfront Medical conduct only in Student\Express Entry\Worker\Visitor cases
• In case of Permanent Residency Visa, no upfront medical exam will be conducted as per Embassy (Must Bring IME letter 2 Photocopies)
• Applicants who are having Tattoo on their body, additional charges will be applied for HBSAG and HCV tests
USA
• Original Passport
• 2 Photocopies of 1st and last page of the passport
• Photocopy of Case Number (Mandatory for all type of visa: A Recent letter from Embassy with Case No. instructing you to get your medical done)
• Photocopy of Embassy/Consulate Interview Scheduled letter (in which the consulate interview appointment date is mention)
• 2 Photocopies of Covid Vaccination final certificates with both doses date information. (Mandatory for all applicants age 15 and above)
• Record of Medical History if you have any (Mandatory in case of any surgery or previous TB ailments, previous visa medical)
• 4 Recent Passport Size Photos without glasses (not old than 2 months, white background, with/without turban as on your passport) (Mandatory in all Off-line cases, if not sure about your Off-line/On-line status bring along the photos)
• Vaccination Card for child if available (Pediatric Vaccination Record) + Photocopy
• Vaccination Record of Adults( If any listed vaccination done previously during any previous USA medical or otherwise ) + Photocopy
UK
• Original Passport
• 2 Photocopies of 1st and last page of the passport
• 2 Recent Passport Size Photos without glasses (not old than 2 months, white background, with/without turban as on your passport)
• Record of Medical History (Mandatory in case of TB ailments)
• Provide your Visa Type and Destination Address in UK along with ZIP Code on a white paper
• (Offer Letter if applicable)
New Zealand
• Original Passport
• 2 Photocopies of 1st and last page of the passport (Mandatory for all type of visa)
• Letter from the Embassy (NZHR) if available
• 2 Photocopies Covid Vaccination final certificates
