We operate as a Healthcare Aggregator facilitating medical examinations, health checkups, and assessments for Students, Seafarers, and Corporate Clients through a network of associated medical centers and approved doctors across India.

We:

  • Facilitate appointment scheduling
  • Provide online assessment tools
  • Coordinate with associated medical centers
  • Enable payment processing via third-party payment gateway
  • Provide digital reports where applicable

We do not directly provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

3. User Categories

Our services are available to:

  • Individual Users (B2C)
  • Shipping Companies / Institutes / Corporate Clients (B2B)
  • Authorized SPOC (Single Point of Contact) users of organizations

2. Non-transferable right to use the Services

  • Your right to use the Services is not transferable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents from the Website is not transferable. GlobaleCare may freely transfer, assign or delegate all or any part of this Terms of Use, and any rights and duties hereunder. These Terms of Use will be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and permitted assignees of the parties.

4. B2B Portal Access & SPOC Login Credentials

  • Corporate clients including Shipping Companies may be provided login credentials for their authorized SPOC(s).
  • The organization is responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
  • All activities performed using SPOC login shall be deemed authorized by the respective organization.
  • Sharing login credentials with unauthorized persons is strictly prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to suspend access in case of misuse, security concerns, or policy violations.

5. Appointment Booking

  • Appointments are subject to availability of medical centers and doctors.
  • Users must provide accurate personal and medical information.
  • The Company is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
  • Medical center rules and schedules may vary.

6. Online Assessments

  • Online assessments such as psychometric or screening tools are indicative in nature.
  • These assessments do not replace medical advice or diagnosis.
  • Results are for screening and evaluation purposes only.

7. Payments

  • Retail users may make online payments during appointment booking.
  • Payments are processed through third-party payment gateway providers.
  • We do not store card or banking details.
  • Transaction charges, if any, are governed by the payment gateway provider.

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made within the specified timeline mentioned during booking.
  • Refund eligibility will depend on service status and medical center policies.
  • Processing time for refunds may vary depending on payment gateway and banking institutions.

9. Refund Policy

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment.
  • No refund will be provided once services have been availed.
  • Administrative or coordination charges may be deducted where applicable.

10. Medical Responsibility

  • Medical examinations are conducted by independent associated doctors and medical centers.
  • The Company acts only as a facilitator.
  • Any medical opinion, certification, or diagnosis is the responsibility of the examining doctor.

11. Associated Medical Centers

  • Services are delivered through independent associated medical centers.
  • The Company is not liable for operational issues, delays, or service quality beyond reasonable control.

12. Data Privacy

  • User data including medical information is handled confidentially.
  • Information may be shared with authorized medical centers and corporate clients for service delivery.
  • By using our services, users consent to such data sharing.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Medical decisions made by doctors
  • Delays due to medical center availability
  • Technical issues beyond our control
  • Payment gateway failures
  • Force majeure events

14. Portal Usage Restrictions

Users shall not:

  • Misuse login access
  • Attempt unauthorized system access
  • Upload false information
  • Interfere with portal functioning

Violation may result in suspension of access.

15. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website and will be effective immediately.
